Dear Valued Customer, Please be advised that an emergency fiber repair has been scheduled to address a critical network issue. Maintenance Window: Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 6:00 PM through Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 6:00 AM While the full maintenance window is scheduled for 12 hours, the expected potential service interruption is estimated to be approximately 8 hours during this period. Our technical teams will work to complete the repair as quickly and safely as possible to minimize impact to your services.
